Statement of purpose applying for PhD

Should statement of purpose applying for PhD include the graduation and post graduation marks? Also should i mention about my syllabus which i studied? My B.E. aggregate score is 66.15% and my PG cgpa is 9.53/10 and i have 7.0 in ielts.
