Students who are going to give a retest in one subject for class 12th next year, are they eligible for BITS, DTU, NSIT colleges?

Students who have a retest in 12th board are not eligible for admission to engineering degree courses mentioned by you even after clearing their entrance examination as you have to produce 12th mark sheet at the time of admission.
