studing under BU bbm 2sem & hv failed in maths 1st sem bbm can i change my college after 3rd sem also wat abt the backlog of maths? pls help

got my results today and in all other subjects i have got above 60 but failed ony in maths and i am not happie wd my college as no teaching staff. so i wana change my college isit possible under bu and wat abt my maths back log in 1 st sem??
