Right know I'm pursuing my B.Tech. Final Year in CSE. My academic percentage till 3-2 is 69.33 %. Interested to do Masters (Computer Science). And about to write IELTS in Feb - 2012.

You can always consider the Netherlands. We are one of the three technical universities in Netherlands, and you can find our contact details in our profile. We are ranked 118 in the world with respect to Engineering, and we have scholarships for Indian students as well. Do apply!

US, is one of the finest study destination to pursue undergraduate and graduate studies, there are many good good universities in US, which offers undergraduate and graduate degree in various fields such as:
Management.
Engineering.
Arts and many more fields.
