Study abroad in networking side

Hi , This is Gopi . I'm complete my b.tech on 2102 with 74% , present i'm doing ajob on linux admin side . I'm interested to study ms in networking side, it is possible to study aboard with out any exam . If it is possible please tell me the total fee details .
