Which is better option - a university study centre or an affiliated college.

Not in all circumstances but mainly centres are a branch of the main hence in terms of quualitycentres do not offer what you may want to achieve o smetimz they r nt recognised by da state

in a college you will practice or go for attachment unlike a centre which suits mainly those who are experienced alraedy and want to improve on their skills
