Which is better option A Study centre offering distance learning or a college offering regular courses.

It depends on many parameters.
A. Availability of a good college in your area
B. Your budget.
C. Your educational background - for e.g. marks, communication skills
D. Time u want to devote to study.
We can't simply say regular education is always better than distance education.
