Study Engineering in USA,had given ACT
I have given ACT and expect a score of 32 33(composite),Which universities should I apply for and what scholarships programs, Is it compulsory to give TOEFL because I don't want to give it.I am also giving SAT SUBJECT TESTS in Mathematics Level 2 and Chemistry(SAT II).

Find below the list of some of the universities where you can apply.
1.Missouri university of science and technology.
2.Northern Arizona university.
3.Arkansas state university.
Yes it is mandatory to give TOEFL exam for all the international students whose first or native language is
