study in abroad (ENGLAND)
im in 12th (comm stream) right now. n i wanna study in LONDON for my graduation so i want to know atleast how much %age should i have for good CLG? someone told me that i should have atleast 60% to take in average college. so please tell me everything which is required for those universities.

You need minimum 60 % to get admission. you also require IELTS score of 5.5 Band and in each component 5 not less than 5 band. You can apply now without 12th mark sheet, so that you will get a conditional offer.
