Study in New Zealand - Diploma in business (advanced) Level-7 course from Regent International Education Group, Auckland (fees is NZD14000)

I completed my B-Tech in Mechanical Engg in 2005 and there after I have 7years of work experience in field of purchase (non-technical job). My constraint is budget and it is cheapest course I could find. Please advise about course and institute.
