The education medium in most of the universities in Russia is Russian and not English, besides this the degree from Russian university does not hold a good value in India, so it will not be advisable to pursue undergraduate engineering course from Russia. You should simply do not think of pursuing studies abroad, just for the sake of going abroad, proper research should be done to select the best universities and country which best suits your profile.
