Studying abroad is safe or not and how much it costs for doing m.s?

I completed b.e mechanical with 68% i want to appear for m.s in Automobile engineering for that which is the best country to study and list out some good universities in it.is masters in Automobile engineering will have better future or not.how much expenses it costs for m.s in it.

    You percentage is very low its too dangerous to go abroad to study MS better to prepare GATE and get better results in that and get admission IIT's or NIT's and do mechanical engineering then you will get the job opportunities in auto mobile companies. for GATE exam they will give 70% for GATE score weight age and 30% for personal interview
