On professional studies side, you can go for MBA, CA, CS, FRM, CFA, CFP, and MCOM etc. You need to think over by getting into details of each course and foresee what career opportunity available with them after doing those courses and whether you are comfortable with the same or not. In addition to visualize you need to understand need of professional education to fetch better returns for your career. For eg. For doing CA or CS, one need not have before hand experience as it is part of curriculum by way of internship of the course. Situations may vary from student to student depending on his/her personal, social and professional needs. But at this stage after completion of graduation at the age of 20-21 one should give itself chance to evaluate his area of interest in order to have suitable GOAL in future. Hi, As per your profile pursuing full time MBA or PGDM program would be the best option for you as it will further enhance your career prospects. In order to pursue full time MBA or PGDM program you need to be graduate in any field with atleast 50% marks in graduation, plus you need to take various management entrance test like CAT, MAT, XAT, SNAP, etc. However for better career prospects I would suggest you work for 2-3 years after completing your BMS degree and then opt for a full time MBA or PGDM program the advantage of this step would be that after working for few years you would know which specialization to opt in MBA that can further enhance your career prospects. Plus this work experience of yours will also be an added advantage for you during campus recruitment in MBA, as most companies would surely prefer an experience candidate over a fresher for a job. Finally if you work for some years then you may yourself manage the expenses for your further studies. Please note that, the final selection in full time MBA or PGDM program is made on the basis of: 1. Education background of the students. i.e. 50% marks in graduation. 2. Score in various management entrance tests like CAT, MAT, XAT, etc 3. Performance in group discussions and personal interview. 4. Work experience if any. 5.
