I am a Graduate of Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering and currently doing Software Profession with an MNC at Banglore and would like to persue MBA by distance education. I would like to ascertain whether the MBA done by distance education has any value with regard to employability

When you seak of taking distance education then the city does not matter much. Many reputed institutions providing distance education have learning centres in or around Bangalore. Sikkim-Manipal university is one of them and it is rated highly also.
