If you wish you can do CMA [Certified Management Accountant] course, now a days lots MNCs, Private and Public Sector Banks started looking for CMAs, even a latest news one Public Sector bank is looking for CMAs. Good Luck . . . . .

Your questions is slightly unclear Nishita. Are you talking about entry level age bar or about retirement age in a career. As such if one has good work experience in any field there is space for him/her in that field. It could be of consultancy or of advisory nature. Education is one field where-in
