suggest me between icwa,cs or mca?? i am thinking to go for a education cousellor tommrow..

i am shy introvert person.. i got 65% in b.com ..i lack leadership skills and my communicating skills are not great either... and i have not much knowledge of computer.. so which field do you suggest me...
