Hello Abhay, While looking to pursue B.Com (Hons) in Delhi NCR, you must keep in mind certain parameters such as curriculum, experiential learning, faculty opportunities to connect with the industry (including seminars, conferences, guest sessions etc. ), placement and internship opportunities, safety and security of the campus etc. A few colleges that offer the same include Delhi University (SRCC), IILM University Gurugram, IP University. Admissions are open for IILM University (https://iilm.edu.in/course/b-com/). Likewise, universities such Christ and nmims are also open for admission. Good luck !
