suggest me universities in which programs are in english for civil engineering masters..i have IELTS 6..i wrote GRE also..have 74% in B.tech
Let me know the list of GERMAN universities for masters in civil engineering for IELTS 6 and i wrote GRE-291,academics 74% for MARCH intake.All programs are to be taught in English and tution fee must be free or less. PLZ SUGGEST ME THE UNIVERSITIES..
