1. Plan it out. Start with NCERT 6th,7th,8th,9th Textbook
2. Make yourself more learnable
3. Build a strong Reading list
4. Be open to challenges
5. Expand your networks
Once you get acquainted with basic material, things would me more clear for you to plan

It is advisable that you concentrate on bachelors's degree program now and by the end of 2nd year, pick coaching for the UPSC exam.
