suggestion of country selection and college selection based upon my academics and ielts score

i am doing my b tech final year in mechanical engineering and i have 6 cgpa and my ielts score is 7 can u suggest me which country would be better among us,canada,germany,newzealand based upon my academics nd ielts score and can u also suggest some colleges from the country u suggest
