    If they can't cope up with work load, they should try for suitable and greener pastures and not remain a residue.

    Here are some verbal opinions :
    Counseling on the campus can help,
    Any positive and motivating words from Profs can help.
    In short term if we stop comparing with our friends or peers and keep doing the things that made us successful till now.

    “ IITs can no longer remain technical shops. It’s time that they are turned into universities that teach all subjects. This will enable students to study a unique combination of subjects and they won’t feel as constrained and pressured as they do.” Do you agree with former UGC chairman Professor Yash Pal ?.
