As you have completed your civil engineering, it would be advisable for you to work for some years and gain relevant work experience.
After working for some years you will come to know in which field you actually wish to pursue your career, if you feel like working in technical line only than yo

Well SCM and LSCM are most suited for people with experience in product development like IT or electronics. For civil engineering people, best would be project management which is considered to be a part of operations management.
