Sure, you get weightage if you are able to prove that you took your job seriously, and it somewhat relates to the second job.

you can get only job experience , if you do ME after BE then it is good if you dont want to do ME then prepare for GATE exam , with your job when ever you get a chnace to enter in top college of ME like IITS then you can leave your job
