    Hi Visu, as per your query I would say, the UPSC conducts civil service exam every year in the month of May and June and its main exam in the month of December. The notification for this exam comes out in the month of January end. The three-step process is: -Preliminary Exam (Prelims), -Main Exam (Mains), -Interview. IPS preparation requires the right approach along with the right study materials and strategy. Routinize or schedule your day effectively.     Hi Visu,IPS (Civil Service Examinations) is a tough Examination and highly competitive, so you need to start working on the preparation of IAS at an early stage. There are two stages of Examination in civil services which you need to clear to get into civil services: Preliminary & Main. For preparation you can either join coaching or do self study, the only thing you need to do is hard work as there is no short cut to hard work.
