    Honestly,
    There is a lot of struggle in media. However, if you have good skills then starting package can be between 8K to 30K max. It depends on your academic background and experience.

    Yes, you can do your masters in mass communication, and there are lots of job opportunities. I am assuming that you have not wasted your 2 years, you may have some work experience regarding this field.
