Talking about the current situation, who earns more- a VFX artist or a producer in the VFX company? What are the qualifications for both?

I'm in my 3rd year of UG in CS. I took VFX because of interest. I'm looking for a good pay. I want to convince my parents about the field. Please tell me how.

Talking about salary of VFX Artist, it all depends on upon your capabilities and imagination to make the end product look ultra professional. And if you are a fresher then salary would be in the range of 8-15k. Once you got the good experience in this field you can earn a lot more than you think. I'
