Hi,
To pursue M.Tech, candidates need to pass B.E. / B.Tech in the relevant field with minimum 50% and 45% for reserved categories from a recognized university. Candidates need to sit for an entrance exam.

After engineering degree you can do Mtech , you can do this degree in any one specialization

M.Tech stands for Master of Technology. It is a Post Graduation course.
In M.Tech, you do specialization in a particular subject, unlike B.Tech.
If you are looking for a job, there is no need of doing a masters course.
Masters degree is mainly for teaching and research related fields.
