Hi Jaidev, 'O' level course of DOEACC Scheme is equivalent to a Foundation Level Course in Computer Applications. Any one with a minimum 12th or ITI pass can pursue this course. As for the fee is concerned, it is as follow: Registration, any level (By Draft only): Rs. 500/- Examination: Rs.500/-
