They are: BHU, AMU, JMI, ILI Delhi, GLC Mumbai, CCSU Meerut and DU for 3 year LLB.

Go for a government college like BHU, AMU, JMI, ILI Delhi or GLC Mumbai. These are government colleges with apt fees. Otherwise, do any graduation and pursue LL.B. from DU of 3 years.
