Dear Akshay,
It's not clear which group u r studying in BSc, so can't suggest that much.
Cause if you are studying Bio group it is useless to have GNIIT or Other IT course.
If you are Electronics or CS/IT group then you can go for IT courses and Programming Languages.
Foreign Language will be

GNIIT from NIIT is not a bad option if it is affordable for you. If interested in computing and networking you may try a few international certifications like CCNA, MCSE and so on.
