Academic Record English translated academic records & Originals during registration for validation. 2. English Language Requirement International applicants who are not from English speaking countries are required to submit the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) result or International English Language Testing System (IELTS). Required to obtain band 6 IELTS or a score of 600 in TOEFL. 3. Student Pass/Visa International students in Malaysia need to obtain a Student Pass from the Malaysian Immigration Department. The authorities will need to be satisfied that: You have been offered a place for a full time course at an approved public or private institution of higher learning.
