    Hi. Company secretary course have wide range of opportunities in many countries. It have a very good scope in US and UK too. Specially in UK lot of doors opened for that. But company secretaries are concerned with compliance. If you do this course in India and need to work in UK you must write a exam regarding the compliance of that country and clear it.
