No its not necessary to have first division or distinction in 12th. There are different criterias for different jobs, even for some govt. jobs there is a criteria for 50% marks and more important thing is that if you continued your study for higher education than marks of 12 class cant effect you mu

no but you also pursue in any graduation course. graduation is good for you
if you are no want regullarly graduation you van go throght any distance education with
IGNOU,YCMOU,ISMR,Mhatma gandhi global open univercity OR KSOU
