MBA or course equivalent to MBA can be done from a reputed institute in New Delhi, i.e. Sambodhi Reseach & Management Institute.

Lot of reputed B Schools, have part time masters programs, which runs for three years. Apart from this, you can also look at doing your MBA through distance education, from IMT - Ghaziabad, Symbiosis (Pune) or IGNOU

After masters, that means you are already in masters and dont have minimum marks for cat, but cat is not only a option for mba, you may join any other private college and as you are a post graduate it just add quality of your resume.
