No. The colleges associated with Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JOSSA) like IITs, NITs, IIEST, IIITs and Other-GFTIs will not start the admission process before the declaration of JEE Main and JEE Advanced results. However other Private Universities can start the admission process on the basis of
