Dear Srikanth, Interior design is the process of shaping the experience of interior space. So it's not just interior decoration but it also involves aspects of environmental psychology, architecture and product design.
Interior Design is offered as a specialization in 4 year Bachelor of Fine-Arts (BFA) programs. A 5 year professional program in Interior Design is also offered in the School of Interior Design in the Centre for Environmental Planning and Technology (CEPT) in Ahmedabad. Thanks, Friend
