the eligibility criteria is 60% bt a person selected in doon petroleum merit rank bt fails to get 60% in pcm should come for counsilling ???

Sorry to say.videsh.its better u dnt come.fr the councelling.it wud be waste of time.i also expericenced d same for the graduation.i had 59.5% in 12 so was nt able to do graduation from upes so joined it in post graduation
