The fee structure for CS ? What are the stages of is there preliminary, inter etc like as they have in CA. Is CS really a course for men ?
I mean we don't see that much male company secretaries.

You should visit the website of chartered accountant India for more detail. CS is OK for man also :) You have to registered as a member first.
After intermediate you can register for preliminary stage.
