The fees are given like 5.1 lakhs for first year. its a abroad institute. so wat do that mean first year fees. nd wat about reat years fees?

I am in 12th std pcm. i was searching a institute abroad for be/btech? the fees are given as first year fees. what do that mean? and what about rest year fees? or that given fees 5.1 lakh is whole course 4 or 3 years fees?
