The National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) is the main government body responsible for planning and capacity building to be prepared for an emergency disaster situation. The National Disaster Relief Force (NDRF) is the most important organisation that that deploys personnel for search and rescue operation in the event of a disaster.     Hello Debasmita,
    Yes, you have posted a very existential query. The fee is indeed high in TISS, but then this is unique establishment. Employability after this course is also doubtful since how many companies will recruit persons only for this job. I suggest you go for some other option if you have.
