CSE dept. Of LPU is having the highest number of students under a single dept. Being an alumni of LPU I had many friends from CSE and I used to SEE them wearing formal dress almost every day because their placement drives would happen every day in their final year. Most of the students get offers in their third year itself. The placement record of CSE from LPU is phenomenal. Every year LPU breaks its own record in terms of placements. Being a alumni of Lovely Professional University, I would say, CSE is one of the branches in LPU having wonderful placements. Most of students get placed in reputed companies with few opting for higher studies. Special inputs in the form of placement classes are given to students to hone their skills and prepare them for placements. Students also go for on-job training (OJT) where they are paid stipend too. Hi, If I talk about the placements especially for the year 2021, pandemic doesn't stop LPU from getting the students placed. Every company conducted online tests and interviews, and the students were informed prior about the same. I must say that LPU nailed this time also if I talk about the placements. Let's discuss the stats of placement of CSE- Students are placed in WorkIndia at 35 LPA; CLOUDERA at 31 LPA; AMAZON at a package of 30 LPA. COMMVAULT SYSTEMS INDIA PVT. LTD. at 20 LPA, INFINEON TECHNOLOGIES INDIA PVT LTD - 13.75, etc. , An average package ranges from 5-10 LPA. Thanks.
