I always keep myself updated about LPU all the time. After all, that is my favorite place of learning, Now let me answer your question, the highest package of CSE was 42 lacs per annum by Microsoft as per my knowledge recently. LPU is better in terms of placements. In fact, LPU created a new record in the whole of North India by placing its student Tanya Arora with Microsoft, who bagged a package of 42 LPA. In my view, I think you should not worry about the placements. If you work hard in the course and has practical exposure, any company visiting the campus would be happy to hire you. However, you must not neglect polishing your communication skills as well, because companies will check that in their interviews. Being an alumnus from LPU and selected in campus placements, I believe I can answer your concern. LPU gives great placement opportunities to its students. Every year breaks its own record of placements. Many giants like Amazon, Interviewbit have offered packages of around 30 LPA to LPU students from CSE. VMWARE, Jugnoo, Pegasystems have offered packages of 9LPA to students, many other companies like Wipro, Capgemini, Bosch have offered packages of 6 LPA and the list is endless. International Companies like Hyatt (USA), Ritz Carlton (USA), Adani Wilmar (Africa), Altruist (Africa), Al-Rakha (Dubai), Dharam Consultancy (USA) have selected LPU student from management discipline. CSE Student from LPU got placed in Microsoft at a package of 42 LPA. LPU has various tie-ups with Google, Pega, VMWARE, AUTOMATION ANYWHERE, INFORMATICA, COMPUTING TECHNOLOGY INDUSTRY ASSOCIATION (CompTIA). Talking about placement scenario of 2020: 1. LPU is ranked 78th in the list of all the government and private universities of the country. University's Engineering School is in the Top 100. With better theoretical and practical knowledge, students are much more competent than any other university. LPU saw participation from over 650 companies in recent 2020 placements and saw a great jump in the highest package that reached 42 LPA.

The scenario of B.Tech CSE is nice at LPU. First of all, the placements are not the only thing that LPU provides, There are many other things that LPU offers to its students. To sum it up, I can say that LPU provides international exposure, holistic development and good quality education to its students.
