the ignou b.com(f&A) special program for Ca students , is it valid later on in foreign universities for pg programs?

I have recently completed 12th and have also passed Ca-CPT . I am presently doing CA-IPCC.I want to if the special course offered by IGNOU for CA students i.e. B.com (A&F) is valid later on in foreign universities to pursue PG programs , since I am doing CA along with the degree course.
