The JEE Mains cut off of NIT, Raipur for mechanical in 2014 was 23k-50 k and in 2015 was 12k for OBC candidates. Why?
I got 139 marks in JEE Mains and 79% in CBSE board.

The answer is that there a number of factors
Firstly the popularity of college based on placements and mhrd rankings
Secondly the number of students applying for the same
So its a trend that keeps changing
