Send a courier, with one day delivery option. If that's possible. The college administration is quite strict about the deadlines. But still, send out courier with speed delivery option. Hi Anindya, You can do one thing either send it through speed post or if you have any friend in Mumbai or in welingkar just tell him/her to submit it personally to the admin department, they will accept it.
