You need a Trained / Experienced Pharmacist
Pharmacy council registered Pharmacy License
Trade / Labor license
Store license from Drug Control Board of India
Tax registration / Tax Id
A degree in B.Pharma or medicine is a mandate to open a Chemist Store.
