Hi, (AME) is three year license course which is regulated by Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA), government. Of India. There are two licenses which are given by DGCA throughout the course. First license is Basic License given by DGCA at the time of completing three year course and this license is only valid in India. But the second license is Type Rated license which is also given by DGCA at the time of completing one year training programme which is valid internationally.
