The official placement statistics of the institute does not show details of M.Tech placement. Does it mean no placement for M.Tech?

    That is one of the problems of Government College in India but don't worry try to contact ex-student of that college or do some online research.

    The Data on website of government institutes is not maintained regularly. You should contact college or it's aluminies through Facebook to get proper details.

    No, it is not so that. There are no placement for M.Tech, but it may be that data is not uploaded in website.
