The one's who create Marketing Campaigns, what are they called? And after completing BMM (advt.) what to do next to get into it.

I had seen this wonderful strategy by TNT, I always wanted to get into that, but have been wandering here and there off field since months now. Please do help me understand what the designation is exactly called, and what are the steps required to reach there. Thank You!
