The overall percentage for joining will be only for physics chemistry maths or all 6 subjects percentage?

For example If I get phy 70 chem 70 maths 70 Tamil 70 English 70 Biology\ CS 70 total is 420 60% overall but my engineering cutoff PCM is 65%. .

    For example, if the total marks of all 6 subjects you have secured is 300 and the total marks for which the examination conducted is 600, then your percentage will be 50% i.e. , (300/600)*100=50%, so, you need to calculate in the same way to get your percentage for 6 subjects of 12th standard.
